Van den Anker has its own fleet for distribution in the Benelux countries consisting of more than 100 units, of course equipped in compliance with the ADR directives. Based on 24-hour delivery times, destinations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the German Ruhr Area and the North of France are served with a delivery reliability of more than 98 percent.
Most trucks are provided with tailboards, increasing both safety and speed while loading/unloading. Collecting empty packaging materials is also possible. All our drivers are trained for the transport of dangerous substances and are ADR certified. Daily routes are planned by a fully automatic route planning ERP system, which is fully integrated in our automatic stock system for the planning of optimal and efficient routes. We prefer to use EDI solutions for communications with our customers. Up-to-date information about deliveries is daily available for customers on our website to avoid excessive telephone communications.
We do not only provide distribution in Benelux countries with our own trucks, but also to other European destinations. If it is not possible to use our own trucks for transport, we work closely together with selected regular partners who comply with the same high quality requirements regarding reliability and safety, which is established in our ISO quality assurance system.
