Van den Anker operates an implemented information system, with the Infor Baan ERP software as backbone.

Solution concept

Datacentres
The information system solution is distributed over two A-class, full secured Datacenters. Both Datacenters are fully equipped to guarantee a 24x7x365 service, and are geographically spread with approximately 35 km distance. The Datacenters as well as the providers organization, are ISO27001 certified.

Security
The Van den Anker information system is permanently monitored and managed, and a failover system is available in case of emergency. The Datacenter infrastructure is similar for both locations: with full redundant network and Internet connection. State of the art industry Information Security solutions are in place, and a dedicated redundant line between both Datacenters is available to keep the failover system up to date.

Connection
The Van den Anker offices have a secured VPN-connection to the information system. No one can access the information system from outside without proper authentication.
